The Hidden Lakes HOA on-line Directory is now available to residents. Click here.

Even if you have previously signed a privacy agreement with the HOA, you will need to do so on-line. Residents who do not sign off on the privacy agreement will not receive access. It is the responsibility of each resident to keep their information current. New residents can request a temporary user name and password at the log-on screen, or contact directory@HLhoa.com.

If you have never been greeted by our Welcoming Committee, please e-mail welcome@HLhoa.comand let them know.

On-Line Directory Listings
All information published in the directory is done so with the permission of said resident. Those whose addresses list incomplete information have chosen not to have their information published. Residents who wish to update their information can do so when they log-in. You can also mark which information is to remain private, not viewable/searchable by other residents.

MISSION:
The Communications Committee’s mission is to ensure Hidden Lakes residents’ views are sought and provided to the Board and committee Chairpersons to help guide the community, and to ensure residents are informed at all times of what is happening in the Homeowners Association (HOA) and the community which it represents, through various media and activities (E-News, website, meetings, surveys, etc).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain frequent contact with the other HOA committees to report upcoming events, safety concerns, changes in contact information, etc. to the Hidden Lakes residents through the bi-monthly e-mailed HOA E-News.

Maintain updates on community information related directly to Hidden Lakes (road closing, construction, school dates, etc.) and information about the City of Keller (elections, changes in trash days, etc.) for publication in the E-News, on the website and/or in the directory.

Create, edit, and monitor the Hidden Lakes website (www.HLhoa.com).

Provide an on-line directory wherein residents are responsible for updating needed changes such as e-mail address, children and pets.

Sell advertising to offset the costs of printing and mailing of the directory and maintenance of the website.

Recruit volunteers to perform the various talents required (graphic designers, directory layout designers, webmaster, writers, editors, photographers, database manager, etc.).

Conduct surveys as needed, including the vitally-important annual survey of all residents, whose results guide the various HOA committees.

Coordinate volunteer village reporters from each of the ten villages, whose duties are to report on village activities, including digital photos, and facilitate communication within their village.
