ABOUT THE COMMITTEE
MISSION:
The Finance Committee’s mission is dedicated to getting the most value for our dues. They work closely with all the other committees and with the management company to recommend spending priorities and ensure all expenses are for the best value available.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review monthly association financial reports.
Make general recommendations to the Board regarding the association’s financial status.
Evaluate current contracts and vendor costs. Get new bids to present to the Board as alternatives to current contracts and vendors.
Assist the Board in the drafting of new annual budgets.
Review the requirements of the Reserve Account and make recommendations to ensure adequate funding.
Keep the Hidden Lakes homeowners informed of the financial health of our HOA by posting online quarterly financial reports with notification via the bi-monthly E-News bulletins. Alert the residents in a timely manner of any pending problems.
