Hidden Lakes Marketing Campaign
The H.E.L.P Committee has identified as critical the need to protect and increase the home values in Hidden Lakes. To support this effort, we are supporting formation of a separate team of all realtors (and interested marketing gurus) in Hidden Lakes (and Keller) to create a marketing campaign to present to the City of Keller, promoting Hidden Lakes as Keller’s crown jewel community. Click here to get all the details. ABOUT THE COMMITTEE
H.E.L.P. Committee
(Homeowners for Effective Leadership & Planning Committee)

MISSION:
The H.E.L.P Committee’s mission is to be proactive by staying vigilantly aware of and actively involved in all factors outside of Hidden Lakes that could affect our community’s way of life and property values.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gather, analyze, and disseminate information from outside entities such as developers, City, KISD, or utilities.

Recruit volunteers to serve as Hidden Lakes Representatives at these entities’ meetings to positively influence decisions, before they are made, that would affect Hidden Lakes.

Conduct periodic surveys of public perceptions of Hidden Lakes to guide future goals and missions of this committee.

Encourage Hidden Lakes residents to run for elected offices such as City Council, Mayor, or Board Member of Keller Independent School District.

Support the marketing sub-committee whose mission is to promote Hidden Lakes (and Keller) to realtors, builders, and prospective homebuyers through promotional campaigns (print, PR, radio/TV, marketing brochures, etc.). Ultimate goal is to increase awareness of all that Hidden Lakes has to offer, thereby increasing home appreciation.
