Long Range Planning Committee

MISSION:
The Long Range Planning Committee (LRPC)’s mission is to develop a long-term vision of ways to improve Hidden Lakes internally (versus HELP Committee works on external factors), from tangible items such as improvements to our community pools and park areas to intangible items like safety and overall enjoyment living in Hidden Lakes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that all developments and amenities improve individual and overall property values (i.e. superior recreation, enhanced green space, maximized value of all amenities).

All major improvements are made with feedback and approval of the residents of Hidden Lakes.

Provide and encourage open forums for advocates to expound rationale and differing points of view.

Work closely with the HELP Committee to get residents involved in community government (HOA, City of Keller, KISD).

Continue working to create a seamless blend between Hidden Lakes and Sky Creek Ranch.

Be fiscally responsible in all proposed actions, including working closely with the Hidden Lakes Promotion Manager for any sponsorships or trade out opportunities as a way to offset the costs of the desired improvements.
