ABOUT THE COMMITTEE
MISSION:
The Welcoming Committee's mission is to provide a warm welcome to the newest members of Hidden Lakes, as well as, make available the essential information needed in order to make their transition into the community go as smoothly as possible.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure new residents are personally visited by a Village Greeter within weeks of moving to Hidden Lakes.
Provide new residents with essential neighborhood information, answer any questions, and deliver a welcome gift (a bottle of wine) on behalf of the community.
Create, submit and maintain an annual, itemized budget to the Finance Committee for both long-term and short-term needs of the Welcome Committee.
Maintain the committee’s inventory of needed printed materials, welcome supplies and wine.
Report planned events to the Communications Committee to notify the community via E-News or website.
Recruit new members to participate as Village Greeters to better sever all ten villages within Hidden Lakes.
Maintain listings of closings from Premier, as well as, log and document all deliveries.
