E-News more useful. If you don't see the pictures, your email software may require you to right click on "download pictures" in the header or footer area. Previous E-News bulletins are available on-line at the HL HOA website.

ONLINE DIRECTORY:  If you haven't already done so, be sure to sign up for the password protected on-line Hidden Lakes directory. If you didn't get a temporary user name and password, or misplaced it, CLICK HERE to log into the on-line form and fill out the section to request a user ID and password.

We have had an excellent response and positive feedback about the new on-line directory which allows you to directly update your information and to mark what you want to show or kept private. It also has a revamped pet section that is easier to use, including uploading a photo of your pets. If you find a pet, you can do a search to directly try and reunite the lost pet with its owner.

If you encounter access or entry problems, contact directory@HLhoa.com.

We will let everyone know when they are available for viewing.

Hidden Lakes Architectural Committee (HLAC) Reminder

PergolaSpring is in the air and it's encouraging to see so many Hidden Lakes residents out and about maintaining their properties and working on projects to beautify their homes.

Please remember that it is a requirement to get approval from the HLAC for all outdoor improvements; however, if you are simply planting flowers in current flower beds, no approval is necessary!

Please visit www.HLhoa.com
for more details, forms, and the information needed to consider your request. Additionally, submitting photos of your home, property, and areas of proposed work are always helpful to the committee.  Enjoy the beautiful weather!

Project For Crossing Guards Cancelled

Crossing Guard

In our previous E-News, we sought volunteers to work with the Keller Police Department to be trained as crossing guards on Bear Creek Parkway at Preston.

Unfortunately, there was nobody willing to volunteer so the project has been cancelled. The project could be resurrected in the future based on demand and willingness to participate.

If you have any questions or comments, please contact safety@HLhoa.com.
