How do I reserve the Hidden Lakes clubhouse?

Contact Robin Willits, the on-site manager, at 817-337-9726 to check for available dates.
After setting a date, arrange with Robin to pick up your reservation contract.
Return the contract to Robin with a deposit for $150. You will also need to include a second check for the $35 usage fee.
Arrange to pick up your access key the week before your event.
Clean the clubhouse after the event and return the key within three days.
Your deposit will be returned after the key is received, the clubhouse is cleaned thoroughly, and no damages have occurred.

How do I get an Access Card (pool card)?
Access cards (pool card) are issued to Members ($20.00 is collected at closing for one access card) and shall be used exclusively for identification and facility access only. The Access Card is for the pool facilities only. Access to the Club House must be processed separately through the management company on a reservation only basis. Printer-friendly Version Form

Hidden Lakes has swimming pools at each of its three recreation centers: 2700 Bear Creek Parkway, 301 Bloomfield Drive, and 1001 Preston Road.

Can the Soccer Fields be reserved?
Soccer fields are located next to the recreation centers on Bear Creek Parkway and Bloomfield Drive. To reserve the fields during soccer season, call Andy Alexander at 817-337-4270.
