MODIFICATION REQUEST Please print and mail or fax Please complete this Hidden Lakes Architectural Committee (HLAC) Request Form, and attach a diagram of your intended improvement in detail, including material, height, color, placement of the improvement on the lot, and accompanying equipment (if applicable) and return to the HLAC. All requests must include a Plot Plan or Site Plan of the resident's entire property showing the location of improvement being made to the site. All documents being sent in for review need to be in 81/2 x 11 size. You will receive a written response. For your protection, inquire with the City/County about your permit requirements involving any property improvements.
