If you intend to make improvements/outside alterations, you will need to complete the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Modification Request form PRIOR to beginning any project. Please attach a detailed diagram to your form when you fax or mail it to Premier Communities. You can proceed with your work after you receive a written approval letter submitted by the ARC.

POOL ACCESS CARDS

Access cards are issued to Members ($20.00 is collected at closing for one access card) and shall be used exclusively for identification and facility access only. The Access Card is for the pool facilities only. Access to the Club House must be processed separately through the management company on a reservation only basis.

DIRECTORY

The directory form is used to gather resident information. It also serves as an authorization form for inclusion in the Hidden Lakes Homeowners Directory. Please complete the form for HOA records, even if you do not wish to be published in the directory.
