I’m sure that the upcoming weeks will be a busy time for you as you settle into your new home. We all know that moving into a new home can be a bit overwhelming. The information in this section and in the links is intended to help your transition go smoothly. Most of this information can also be found in our annual Hidden Lakes Directory and Reference Guide.


DIRECTORY & REFERENCE GUIDE

Each new resident household will be visited by a Hidden Lakes Village Greeter who will deliver a Hidden Lakes Directory & Reference Guide to you after you move in. If you have moved in and not yet received your directory, please contact the Welcoming Committee at welcome@HLhoa.com and let us know that you have arrived! We will send a Village Greeter to meet you as soon as possible.

Hidden Lakes is a community of over 1,800 homes and 5,000+ people spread out amongst eight villages (some with subsections): Ashbrook, Bloomfield, Creekwood, Enclave, Idlewood, Preserve, Retreat and Woodlands. It doesn’t rain much in Texas these days but when it does the weather can be severe. When there is a severe weather watch/warning in effect, it helps to familiarize yourself with the counties in Texas.

FORMS

When a Village Greeter delivers your directory, he/she will also have some forms for you to fill out. If you would like to fill them out ahead of time, please click on the following links:

DIRECTORY: Fill out this form to get your name into the Hidden Lakes directory. The directory is published approximately every 18 months. Private use is strictly enforced.

POOL CARD: Print out this form to have your pool access card mailed to your home. Cards are issued to members only ($20.00 is collected at closing for one access card) and are to be used exclusively for identification and facility use only.

ARCHITECTURAL: Fill out this form if you need to make any improvements to your exterior property (i.e. add a swimming pool, trees, shed, patio/gazebo, fencing changes (add/remove/stain), etc.)

HOMEOWNER SERVICES WEBSITE APPLICATION: As a Hidden Lakes resident you can list your business, product or service on our Homeowner Services page of our website FREE OF CHARGE. If you would like to advertise on this page, please submit via email your application. Advertising space is free and for Hidden Lakes residents only.


GET INVOLVED
Hidden Lakes has many Special Interest Groups and offers LOTS of fun activities.
We also have ten committees of resident volunteers who work to make Hidden Lakes better.
