After Hours/Weekend Emergency: 214-871-9700 Follow the prompt for "emergency". A manager is on 24-hour call and handles issues such as broken gates, irrigation leaks, etc. The Manager on Duty will call back all homeowners immediately.

Premier Communities Call Center
1-877-378-2388: The Call Center will be able to assist with all non-emergency inquiries: account questions, violations, community by-laws, covenants, amenity center, essentially all FAQ's. If for some reason the Call Center cannot answer a question the Association Manager will call the homeowner within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
The Hidden Lakes Master HOA is also managed by Premier Communities, but through different managers who can be contacted at managers@HLhoa.com. As part of the dues paid to the Master HOA, the Master handles Architectural requests and CCR inspections and violations notices as well as entrance landscaping.
