HIDDEN HAPPENINGS

	The Semi-Annual Soccer Coaches Meeting Bear Creek clubhouse Tuesday, February 7th 7:00 pm. All Hidden Lakes coaches should plan to attend. You will be able to reserve your spot on the Bloomfield or Bear Creek soccer fields for your practices.
All coaches must present their KSA coach ID in order to participate in the draw. Coaches that live in Hidden Lakes have first priority at the draw. The draw is only for coaches of recreational soccer teams and not Academy or Select. Any questions, please contact Duane Carr at soccer@HLhoa.com.

	Gas Lease Update In July 2011, the majority of sub-surface mineral leases in Hidden Lakes expired, unused. Most of these leases are held by XTO and they will let these leases expire since they have been unable to obtain drilling permits from Keller and to a lesser extent, Southlake. Read more.

Fence Replacements or Modifications
All work on fences must have Architectural Committee approval prior to the work being done as well as a permit from the City of Keller if you are replacing the fence. Please review the new Fence Replacement Requirements before any work begins.
