ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL

The Safety Committee enhances safety awareness in the community, performs neighborhood light checks, arranges for off-duty police patrol, and reports streetlight and street sign damage to the property managers.

The Yard of the Month Committee works towards increasing property values in the community by educating and encouraging owners in the community to keep their properties well maintained. They also coordinate Yard of the Month program.
