GATED VILLAGES
There are three (3) sub-associations within The Hidden Lakes Master Association that have their own HOA. These villages have entrance gates that require either a remote or keypad access code for entry. Homeowners within these villages pay a supplemental HOA fee to maintain these gates and can also purchase remotes.
The Idlewood gated communities (Greens, Oaks, Estates) have their own sub-association board of directors and annual assessments related to the maintenance of items such as gates and streets. To contact the Board of the Idlewood HOA Sub Association, please email idlewoodboard@hlhoa.com.

If you are experiencing an after-hours emergency such as the gates being closed and not allowing anyone to enter or exit, please call the 24/7 Customer Service hotline at 877.378.2388. WOODLANDS I HOA
