UTILITY SERVICES

Curbside garbage and recyclables collection through a City of Keller contract with CWD. The HOA requires that all trash and recyclables be placed in a container provided by CWD. Containers, landscape refuse or other items for CWD pickup must not be placed curbside until the day before your home’s scheduled pickup day.

All villages within Hidden Lakes, with the exception of Bloomfield, have garbage pickup on Tuesday and Friday, with Friday collection including recyclables. Pickup days for Bloomfield residents are Monday and Thursday.

ELECTRICITY

Electricity service for homes within Hidden Lakes fall within one of two categories. Your home is either serviced by Tri-County Electric Cooperative, 817-444-3201, or ONCOR Electric, 888.313.4747.

If electricity to your home is provided by ONCOR, then you have the option to select from any of the retail electricity providers licensed by the Public Utilities Commission of Texas (PUCT) to handle residential electricity contracts and billing for ONCOR customers.
