Hidden Lakes Homeowners Association Annual Homeowners Meeting & Board Member Nominations

Fellow Homeowners:

The Hidden Lakes Master Homeowner’s Association Annual Meeting and Board Member Election is coming up. The Annual Meeting is currently scheduled for Wednesday, May 29th, additional communications will be sent to our homeowners by US Mail, through our bi-weekly E-News, and posted to the community website (www.hlhoa.com). The Association is seeking interested homeowner volunteers to run for the board. There is one (1) position to apply and vote for on the five (5) member board with a three (3) year term.

Any homeowner who is interested in a board position, please complete and submit a one to two paragraph biography in word format, along with a color photograph (please submit photo as separate JPG or TIF image) and email to manager@HLHOA.com or mail to the HOA management office at 2700 Bear Creek Parkway Keller, Texas 76248. For us to introduce nominees to the general membership in our upcoming communications, please submit your biography and photo by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 29, 2024. No nominations will be taken from the floor on the night of the annual meeting.

Our Association must have a quorum of 10% of the membership to conduct the business of the Association. That means that we must have 192 homes/lots represented either in person at the meeting, by paper proxy prior to the meeting, or by electronic vote. Once we receive candidate nominations, the Association will send an email to vote electronically along with a list of candidate’s biographies and photos.

Important! Our Association needs a valid email address from ALL homeowners. This is a State of Texas law. Our Association will be using electronic voting again this year. All electronic voting will be linked to only one valid email address that you provide to the Association. Please send an email to manager@hlhoa.com if you need to update your email address.
