RESIDENT PORTAL
The Connect resident portal, administered by FirstService Residential, is our hub for homeowner account actions and privileged HOA information. As such, it requires login credentials for homeowner access. Once logged in, you can securely:
Pay your annual association fees
Verify and update your homeowner profile, email and billing address
View and download the HOA Bylaws and CC&R documents
Access association financial and management reports
Review Board meeting minutes
Submit a Property Modification Approval Request Form to the Architectural Control Committee
The Hidden Lakes resident directory is accessible through Connect. In order for HOA management to contact you and receive community notices such as the bi-weekly ENews and meeting notifications, your resident profile must be completed.
